I need a bit of advice regarding this phrase - it's a heading. Below this is a list of the main projects completed by the client.
I was thinking of translating it simply as "Project Fund" but it seems to me that it may not be entirely accurate description of what it is.

Discussion
BTW, in the Russian phrase under question (of course, without taking into consideration the context which is only vaguely presented) there is nothing that suggests it is a list of the most prestigious projects. This phrase just means a pool of projects. So knowing the context, as usual, is what decides the final choice.
