I believe it's more about Slavic drinking tradition / habit - I mean 'drink AND eat' here, while 'feast' is more about variety of meals on the table.
and i would think about using Slavic here as, say, Ukrainians are basically do the same and I suspect we have the same story with Byelorussians .. :-)).

Who is the target audience here? Is this some kind of marketing document? Is the overall tone figh register or more casual?
I would aim for something that conveys the concept in Englih.
For some situations: Russian party food.
Or perhaps:

: can't think of any russian wine that is good apart from georgian or armenian, but those are totally different traditions. russian vodka is quite good, almost as good as belorussian :-)

Thank you. I believe the question is about the food, not whatever is being drunk at the party. "Foods to serve with...." is a quite common formulation in English for similar texts.
