-P: Presentado no cuenta conv. Okay, so all we know that "conv." is for "convocatoria". Here, "no cuenta convocatoria" refers to the fact that the student exams by his/ her choice. The student participates into the exam but he/she is not expected to do it.

Been browsing a bit more (it's like scratching a spot: you can't leave it alone). University websites not much help; blogs more enlightening (students saying "help, they're going to throw me out, what do I do?). Looks to me as though (a) no presentado (didn't turn up at all), no cuenta convocatoria, at least usually; (b) certain exams (such as parciales) don't contar convocatoria anyway; (c) if there's no mark, it doesn't contar convocatoria, which fits in with gallagy's "not graded" point.
Here's what someone says in a UNED Law forum: "Añado que una forma fácil de saber las convocatorias agotadas es a través de la consulta del expediente a través de la secretaría virtual. A la derecha aparece las veces que te has matriculado en la asignatura (Curso xxxx/xxxx) y a la izquierda las notas. Si en las notas aparece un guión (-) no cuenta convocatoria. Oh, agree they sat or presented for exam. I supervise exams every June and some poor fools leave after the required 30 mins is up! So they are marked as N/G

From my (limited) experience, "presentado" means that the candidate turned up and submitted a script, even if they left after a short time and wrote little or nothing; if they were entered for the exam but didn't turn up, it's a "no presentado". So "presentado" doesn't just mean "entered for the exam" but "sat the exam".

just happened upon this discussion. Noni is probably right. Maybe "Presented for exam, not graded, or not valid" If someone gets very low marks they are n/g =not graded. HTH

In order to avoid this happening, you have to sign out of the exam well in advance.

Are we the only ones out here?! I wasn't wild about your conv=convalidación, and think it's more likely to be convocatoria.
I suspect this is "sat the exam but it doesn't count as one of the times you can take it" - I expect you know that there is a ltd nº of times you can sit the same exam, until you "agota convocatoria", as in http://www.proz.com/kudoz/spanish_to_english/education_pedag... but this particuar one wouldn't set the clock running.

SU: Suspenso; AP: Aprobado; NO: Notable; SB: Sobresaliente; MH: Matrícula de Honor; --: Convocatoria Anulada; CC: Cuenta Convocatoria; -P: Presentado No Cuenta Conv.; AD: Adaptación; CV: Convalidación.

The other entries in the column are SU (suspenso) and AP (aprobado).
