The whole sentence is:
"considerando que no realizas compras, **disposiciones u otros cargos**".
I'm fine with the first part of the sentence but am wondering how best to phrase the second part. I know that "disposiciones" can be "payments" but I have translated the word "pagos" as payments elsewhere.
Also, although the customer makes purchases and disposals/payments, he/she doesn't really make charges. Does it simply refer to other transactions carried out by the customer?

When referring to credit cards, I have often seen the term disposiciones used to refer to withdrawing cash, and the phrase is sometimes used interchangeably with retiro de efectivo

although technically it is correct that only the bank makes charges to your account, it is very common to say charge it to my credit card, or even for the cashier to ask "cash or charge" referring to a cash or credit card payment for a purchase. Therefore, I would use charge. Hope it helps. Alicia
