Spanish term

saco interno

Spanish to English Science Geography Coastal geography
I am translating a talk on coastal areas, and it mentions the following:

"... la Bahía de Cádiz, compuesta por dos sacos internos, diversas infraestructuras portuarias."

From what I can tell, the "sacos internos" are the two bays (or rather, what I would refer to as a bay, I assume this isn't the correct technical term) that make up the coastline of Cádiz. Does anyone know the equivalent in English?

Thanks in advance!
