I believe "orden de lo social" is another way to say "Orden jurisdiccional laboral" or "Orden Jurisdiccional Social" (Labor Court). In Spain some Spanish courts are termed "orden jurisdiccional [penal/civil/social/etc.]"
Since "Llevanza" is normally used in accounting texts, your text starting "Llevanza de (...)" thus could be rendered as "keeping accounts/records of costs arising from labor court proceedings"

Interestingly, Orden jurisdiccional is not even included in Varó's renown dictionary but only in Thomas West's 2nd edition.
