I would appreciate some help with this phrase. This concerns a Court ruling regarding the infringement of a patent.
La sentencia del Juzgado dictaminó que la versión alemana de la patente EU de XXXXXXXXX, que protege los productos XXXXXX, ha sido infringida por XXXXXX. Además, el Juzgado ha permitido que XXXXXX haga cumplir provisionalmente la decisión. Esto quiere decir que XXXXX debe quitar todos los productos infractores
