Spanish term

Posesion, uso, goce y aprovechamiento temporal...

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Patents, Trademarks, Copyright Trust
Hola a todos! I'm doing a Legal Trust translation from Mexico Spanish into U.S. English. I would like help with the following:

"...permita al Fideicomisario o a quien este le indique, la posesion, uso, goce y aprovechamiento temporal de los mismos para destinarlos a casa habitacion con fines turisticos..."

My confusion comes from the terms "posesion, uso, goce y aprovechamiento", because in English, they are synonyms. My attempt:

"...permits the Beneficiary or who this indicates, the possession, use, goce y aprovechamiento temporal (temporary enjoyment?) of the property to designate it as a house with tourist purposes..."

Does anyone have any advice on translating this passage? Thanks in advance

neutral TechLawDC : Absolutely 100% false. Disposition means right to dispose of (sell etc.)!

Absolute nonsense; in this context this is standard - "temporary custody" certainly is not.

possession, use, enjoyment, and temporary custody

(Typical legal redundancy.) You could limit it to "use and temporary custody" but I wouldn't advise it because there are traps in changing standard language.
