: I give this a half thumbs up because its difficult to say without more context, above/exceeding tolerance is a used term in pharmaceuticals

: I half agree because without more context it's difficult. I think this may be right if refering to the 'production line' - whether or not a drug/product is being made at the moment. But I don't believe it has anything to do with computers in this context.
