Далее наблюдение продолжали в течение 14 суток после введения тестируемого соединения. Ежедневно регистрировали массу тела, дважды в день (утром и вечером) проводили осмотр с целью выявления случаев гибели и отклонений от нормы в состоянии животных. На 15-й день после введения тестируемого соединения животных эвтаназировали при помощи СО2-ингаляции.
Translation - English
For one hour after XC8 was given the animals were closely monitored for signs of intoxication and death. After that, the monitoring continued for 14 days after the tested substance had been administered. The weight was checked daily. Twice a day, in the morning and at night, the animals were inspected for signs of death or abnormalities. On day 15 after the tested substance was given, the animals were euthanised using СО2 inhalation.

Und endlich erscheint auch unsere Sommerausgabe der „Backstage“.
Rückblickend war das erste Halbjahr 2018 sehr unbeständig und wechselhaft, aber auch dieses haben wir als Team wieder gemeinsam in den letzten drei Monaten in die positive Richtung gebracht.
Deshalb bin ich überzeugt, dass wir unsere Budgetziele für das gesamte Jahr 2018 mit unserer kollektiven Motivation und Power erreichen werden!
Gerade fand unser jährlicher Company Day statt und wir werden in unserer nächsten Herbstausgabe noch ausführlich über dieses Event berichten.
In dieser Backstage stehen jedoch die weiteren spannenden Ereignisse des ersten Halbjahres und insbesondere unser International Management Meeting vom Januar im Fokus.
Dieses Meeting war etwas Besonderes.
Im Mittelpunkt stand unsere Brand Name Culture Transformation.
Wir haben uns in neuen Workshop-Formaten mit offenen Fragen über unsere gemeinsame Brand Name Zukunft ausgetauscht und gemeinsame Orientierung geschaffen.
Besonders war dabei die offene Feedback-Kultur „Freedom of speech“.
Die Ergebnisse stellen wir euch in dieser Ausgabe näher vor.
Nach der großen Eröffnung unseres Düsseldorfer Stores im vergangenen Jahr, folgten nun Anfang dieses Jahres zwei weitere „Julia’s Diamond“-Stores in München und Wien.
Die Umsetzung dieses Konzepts ist nicht nur modern und kreativ, sondern auch innovativ.
Dies bestätigt auch die Preisauszeichnung im Rahmen des Wettbewerbs „Store of the Year“ des Handelsverbands Deutschland.
Brand Name wurde in diesem Jahr für sein neues Shopkonzept „Julia’s Diamond“ in der Kategorie „Fashion“ nominiert und schaffte es unter die Top 3.
Dies ist eine besondere Auszeichnung, viel wichtiger für uns ist jedoch die Auszeichnung von Julia jeden Tag!
Ein wichtiger und zeitgemäßer Schritt in Richtung Markenbildung- und Positionierung sowie Neukundengewinnung sind u. a auch die neuen Festival-Looks, die unsere aktuelle und stylische Sommerkampagne perfekt ergänzen.
Wir wollen unsere Visibilität online und besonders in den Social Media kontinuierlich ausbauen, um unser Markenprofil zu stärken.
Aufgrund dessen haben wir dieses Jahr sechs Social-Media-Stars auf das weltberühmte Festival „Coachella“ eingeladen, die unsere Looks gezielt in Szene gesetzt und unsere Julias inspiriert haben.
Nun gilt es für uns alle, den Fokus auf die kommenden sechs Monate des Jahres zu legen, um die „Year-end-rally“ wieder zu gewinnen.
Wir sind mit einem exzellenten Sortiment, stylischen Kollektionen und inspirierenden Looks sehr gut vorbereitet.
Diese werden hervorragend durch unsere Marketing-Kampagnen, wie beispielsweise den erstmalig drei neuen Saison-Katalogen, über alle Touchpoints in Szene gesetzt!

And our summer issue of "Backstage" is finally out.
Looking back, the first half of 2018 was very volatile and full of change, but we as a team have once again moved on in a positive direction in the last three months.
This is why I am convinced that we will achieve our budget targets for 2018 as a whole with our collective motivation and power!
Not so long ago our annual Company Day took place and we will report in detail about this event in our next autumn issue.
In this issue of “Backstage”, however, the spotlight will be on the other exciting events of H1 and in particular our International Management Meeting in January.
This meeting was very significant.
The focus was on our Brand Name Culture Transformation.
We exchanged views on our common Brand Name future and created a common orientation in new workshop formats with open questions.
The open feedback culture "Freedom of Speech" was a particular focus.
The results will be presented in this issue.
Following the grand opening of our Düsseldorf store last year, two further "Julia's Diamond" stores followed at the beginning of this year in Munich and Vienna.
The implementation of this concept is not only contemporary and creative, but also innovative.
This is also confirmed by a nomination in the "Store of the Year" competition conducted by the German Retail Association.
This year, Brand Name was nominated in the "Fashion" category for its new "Julia’s Diamond" shop concept and made the top 3.
This is a special award, but much more important for us is the recognition we get from Julia every day!
Its new festival looks, which perfectly complement our up-to-date and stylish summer campaign, is an important and timely step towards brand building and positioning as well as gaining new customers.
We want to continuously expand our visibility online and especially in the social media in order to strengthen our brand profile.
That's why this year we invited six social media stars to the world-famous "Coachella" festival, where they were responsible for setting the scene for our look and inspired our Julias.
Now it is up to all of us to focus on the next six months of the year in order to win them back at the "year-end rally".
We are very well prepared with our excellent range, stylish collections and inspiring looks.
Our marketing campaigns, such as three new seasonal catalogues for the first time ever, will put them in the limelight across all touchpoints!
I would like to thank you all for your personal and dedicated commitment in the first half of the year and I look forward to starting the coming H2 2018 together with you, highly motivated and full of renewed energy!

Bio

With a degree in linguistics and language teaching, I started my career with a CELTA qualification, working in Further Education in England for ten years, as a lecturer and examiner in ESOL, with some freelance tutoring and translation work. In 2014, translation and editing became my main occupation, with a focus on healthcare and medical research. Since then, I volunteered, took part in research projects, qualified as a counsellor and a Pilates instructor, specialising in rehab clients. Translation remains my passion and my main career path. My diverse interests and varied work history make me uniquely suitable for a wide range of translation or editing projects, be it additional research, the UK marketing localisation or proofreading of academic texts.
