Source text - Korean J, 서울이라는 도시는, 아니 수도권이라는 이 일대는 하나의 국가와도 같다는 생각이 가끔 듭니다. 약속 장소까지 가려면 대개는 한 시간이 걸리고 마니까요. 내가 사춘기를 모두 보냈던 여의도도 그렇게 먼 곳이라 어른이 된 이후에는 거의 가 본 일이 없었습니다. 어쩌다가 그곳에 간다 해도 방송국에서 빨리 일을 보고 올림픽대로로 진입해 집으로 돌아오는 것이 고작이었지요. 제가 살던 어린 시절에는 아파트 몇 개만 삐죽하고 줄장미가 무성한 고즈넉한 동네였는데 이제는 고층 빌딩이 숨 막히게 들어선 곳이 되어 별로 돌아보고 싶지도 않은 게 사실이었습니다.
태어난 이래로 공사하지 않는 길 한 번 보지 못했고 일 년 만에 가보면 새로운 빌딩 하나 서지 않은 곳이 없으며 예전에 자주 가던 가게는 흔적도 없는 곳이 우리나라라고 보면, 그리 낯설거나 서러운 일은 아니었습니다. 우리나라는 호박 덩굴처럼 뻗어가는 나라인 것 같지요?
Translation - English J, sometimes I think that this city, Seoul, no, actually the entire metropolitan area is just like a nation. It usually takes an hour to get to any meeting places. Since I became an adult, I hardly have been to Yeouido where I've spent all my teenage years because it felt too far. Even when I happened to be there, I would quickly finish my business at one of the broadcasting stations and drive home right away through Olympic Boulevard. During my childhood when I lived there, it was a cosy neighbourhood with only few apartment buildings peaking through the sky and full of rose vines. But now with many skyscrapers suffocating the neighbourhood it has become a place where I don't want to look back on.
Considering that since I was born I've never been to any roads where no construction was happening or new buildings replaced the old ones within a year, and the stores that I frequently visit disappear so quickly all the time I'm not unfamiliar or sad about it. Don't you think this country expands like pumpkin vines?

Source text - Korean 우유는 가장 이상적인 건강영양식품이다. 우유가 완전에 가까운 식품이라는 말은 우유가 우리의 건강을 유지. 증진하는 데에 필요한 거의 모든 영양소를 우리가 필요한 비율대로, 또 소화
이용되기 쉬운 형태로 가지고 있다는 말이다. 우유에는 건강 증진 효과가 큰 칼슘, 비타민 B2,유단백질 등의 영양소가 많은 것은 물론 각 영양소가 균형 있게 들어 있어서 영양과 건강을 보장해 주며 어느 한가지 영양소를 과다하게 섭취하는 것을 방지하고 있다. 특히, 우유에 많은 칼슘은 자라나는 어린이뿐만 아니라 모든 나이의 성인(특히, 임산부와 노인)들에게도 매우 중요한 영양소이다. 보통 성인은 뼈안에 있는 칼슘의 약 20%가 1년간에 교체되며 특히 부녀자는 임신 및 분만 후의 비유 등으로 인해 칼슘의 요구량이 더욱 높아진다.신생아는 어머니의 몸으로부터 필요한 칼슘을 얻으므로 젖을 먹이는 어머니의 칼슘 요구량이 가장 높다. 또 노인들 특히, 할머니들은 늙어 감에 따라 칼슘, 인등의 소화 흡수율이 나빠지므로 칼슘의 섭취가 부족 되기 쉬우며 골다공증등 많은 문제를 일으키게 되며 이들에게 우유는 가장 좋은 칼슘 보충 식품이다.

현대인이 가장 두려워 하는 심장병의 주된원인은 동맥경화증이며, 이는 콜레스테롤(Cholesterol)이 혈관 벽에 침적되어 일어나며 식품에 의한 콜레스테롤의 섭취가 좋지 않다고 한다. 보통 음식은 하루 약 0.5g 정도의 콜레스테롤을 공급하나 채식만 하는 사람은 그들 몸이 요구하는 모든 콜레스테롤을 자체적으로 생산하고 있다. 심장병은 혈중 콜레스테롤 함량이 낮은 사람에서도 발생하고 혈중 콜레스테롤 함량이 높은 사람이 오히려 장수하는 예도 있다 더욱이 하루 1 리터의 우유를 섭취해도 기껏 140mg의 콜레스테롤을 섭취할 정도이므로 미국심장병협회의 권장 수준인 300mg에도 미치지 않으므로 우리 나라 국민의 우유 섭취량(1인당 연간 46kg)을 생각할 때 콜레스테록 때문에 우유를 걱정할 필요는 없다고 할 수 있다. 한편 최근에 우유. 탈지유. 발효유 등은 혈중 콜레스테롤의 함량을 저하시킨다는 사실이 알려지고 있다. 오히려 동맥경화증이나 심장병의 원인으로서 과다한 흡연, 설탕이나 커피의 다량 섭취,사회적인 스트레스, 운동 부족, 유전적인 요인 등이 더 큰 영향을 준다고 한다.
우유 앨러지는 우유 중의 단백질(락토알부민등)에 매우 민감한 사람에게 나타나는 증상을 말한다. 그러나 우유를 열처리하면 이러한 앨러지성 단백질을 어느 정도 변성시킨다. 우유 앨러지 증상은 보통 장관과 피부에 종종 나타나지만 앨러지성 아이들 중에 우유 앨러지를 일으키는 아이 들은 매우 드물며 2세가 지나면 대부분의 우유 앨러지가 없으므로 2세 이하의 유아에게서만 주의할 필요가 있다. 우유는 충치를 일으키지 않고 오히려 칼슘의 섭취를 늘리므로서 치아를 튼튼하게 해준다고 한다. 다만 설탕이 많이 함유된 과실맛우유, 발효유 등을 먹고 치아를 잘 관리하지 않으며 치아 건강에 좋지 않지만 이는 우유 성분 때문이라기 보다 설탕

Milk is the most ideal health food. When we say milk is close to perfect, it means that it has almost all of the nutrients needed to sustain and improve our health at a ratio required by our body as well as in the form that is most digestible. Milk contains the nutrients that has the biggest effect on improving health such as Calcium, Vitamin B, milk protein, etc, and each nutrient is in the a balanced amount so that it guarantees nutrition and health, and prevents over-consuming one type of nutrient. Especially, milk has a high amount of Calcium which is very important for not only growing children, but adults of all ages (especially those who are pregnant and the elderly). In one year, 20% of Calcium in the bone of a normal adult is exchanged and especially women's requirements for Calcium increases due to pregnancy and breastfeeding after-childbirth. Newborns receive Calcium from their mothers,; therefore, mothers require the most amount of Calcium. Also, as the elderly, especially the females, age, the digestibility of Calcium and Phosphorous worsens so it's easy for them to be low in Calcium, and many health issues arise such as Osteoporosis. For them, milk is the best Calcium supplement.
Milk and milk products are easy to digest and improve the health of the digestive system as well as to protect the stomach mucous. Unlike other food products, milk and cream don't promote gastric acid stimulation and rather acts as a buffer to neutralize the acid. Milk fat protects the gastric mucous by forming a physical film between the stomach acid and mucous. Drinking milk regularly is known to prevent stomach cancers, and in fact people who drink milk regularly have less chance of getting a stomach cancer.
The most common cause of heart diseases in modern society is atherosclerosis, which is caused by the deposition of cholesterol on the wall of blood vessels, and the intake of cholesterol by food is not good. Normally food provides approximately 0.5g of cholesterol but vegetarians self-produce all of the cholesterol required by their bodies. Heart diseases occur in people who have lower amount of cholesterol in their bloodstream, and there are examples of people with higher cholesterol living longer. Furthermore, drinking 1L of milk a day leads to the consumption of 140mg of cholesterol which is not even close to 300mg recommended by American Heart Association. Therefore, there is no need to worry about milk because of cholesterol. Meanwhile, recently milk, skim milk, fermented milk and etc are known to decrease the amount of cholesterol in blood. Rather, excessive smoking, the consumption of high amount of sugar and coffee, stress, lack of exercise, genetics, etc play bigger causes for arteriosclerosis or heart diseases.
Milk allergies are symptoms that appear in people who are very sensitive to proteins in milk (such as lacto-albumin). However, heat treatment of milk causes some alteration of these allergenic proteins. The symptoms of milk allergies often occur in the intestinal tract and skin, but among children with allergies those with milk allergies are rare. Because mostly the allergy disappears after the age of two caution is only required for the infants under two years old. Milk doesn't cause cavities and rather strengthens the teeth by increasing the consumption of Calcium. However, not taking care of teeth after drinking fruit flavored milk and fermented milk which contain a lot of sugar is not good for dental health. This is not due to the ingredients in milk, but rather it is because they contain a lot of sugar. Therefore, it is important to educate children to take care of their teeth after consuming food with a lot of sugar.

Source text - Korean 지금 대한민국이 겪고 있는 저성장의 위기, 저출산 고령화, 청년실업, 경제적 불평등과 양극화 등 국가위기의 근본원인은 바로 좋은 일자리의 부족입니다. 특히 청년 일자리의 부족은 매우 심각해서, 2016년도 청년실업률이 9.8%, 사상 최대입니다. 청년체감실업률은 무려 34.2% 입니다. 청년 10명 3~4명이 실업상태입니다. 그러니 청년이 취업, 결혼, 출산을 포기해야 하는 헬조선이 되고 말았습니다. 국가의 근간이 무너지는 것입니다. 그야말로 국가비상사태입니다. 일자리 문제의 해결을 위해 비상경제조치 수준의 특단의 대책이 필요합니다. 국가가 동원할 수 있는 모든 정책수단과 재정능력을 총 투입해 반드시 해결해야 합니다. 세 번째 들어설 민주정부는 일자리를 최우선의 과제로 삼는 일자리 정부가 될 것입니다. 대통령 직속 일자리 위원회를 만들고, 청와대에 일자리 상황실을 만들겠습니다. 대통령 집주실에 일자리 현황판을 붙여 놓고 대통령이 직접 일자리를 챙기겠습니다.
첫째, 정부가 당장 할 수 있는 공공부문 일자리부터 늘리겠습니다. 공공부문 일자리가 전체고용에서 차지하는 비율은 OECD 국가 평균이 21.3%인데 비해 우리나라는 7.6%밖에 안됩니다. 공공부문 일자리 비율을 3% 올려 OECD 평균 반만 돼도 공공부문 일자리 81만 개를 만들어낼 수 있습니다. 현재 소방인력은 법정기준에도 못 미쳐 소방차와 119 구조차량의 탑승인원조차 채우지 못합니다. 지체 없이 신규 채용하고, 더 늘려나가겠습니다. 민생치안 강화를 위해 현장경찰을 충원 하겠습니다. 사회복지 전담 공무원과 공공부문 서비스 인원이 너무나 부족합니다. 늘어나는 복시 수요에 맞춰 사회복지 서비스 인력을 확충하겠습니다.
Translation - English The fundamental cause of what Korea is currently experiencing such as slow growth, low birth rate, aging population, high youth unemployment, and increasing economic inequality and polarization is the lack of quality jobs. Especially, the lack of jobs available for young people is very serious. The youth unemployment rate in 2016 is the highest at 9.8%. As a result, Korea became a hell on Earth where young people have to give up on getting jobs, marriage and having children. It's the destruction of the foundation of the country. The Democratic administration that will be elected for the third time will put the job creation at the highest priority. A job creation committee that is directly under the President's control will be created, and a situation room to monitor job creations will be set up in the Blue House. A job creation status board will be placed on the walls of the President's office and will be monitored by the President himself.
First, our administration will immediately start off with creating jobs in the public sectors. The average percentage of public sector jobs out of overall job market for OECD countries is 21.3% whereas in Korea it is merely 7.6%. Increasing the public sector jobs by 3% to half the OECD's average can create 810,000 jobs. Currently, the number of firefighters is short of the legal standard to the point where we can't even fill 911 ambulances. We will hire new people without delay and continue to create new positions. For public safety, we will increase the number of police officers. The number of public workers for social welfare services and public services is direly short. With increasing demand for social services, we will expand the personnel for social welfare services.
