NORMAS PARA UMA BOA CONVIVÊNCIA

⮚ A equipe técnica, gerência e educadores possuem livre acesso e vistoria no bagageiro e quartos:
⮚ As refeições serão servidas dentro do horário pré-estabelecido e pedimos a colaboração para o não desperdício de comida.
⮚ Existindo a possibilidade de ser atendido fora do horário estabelecido por questões de trabalho, escola ou saúde, o atendimento será conforme avaliação técnica.
OBS: Após o desligamento do acolhido neste serviço, a retirada dos pertences será imediata.

DIREITOS DOS ACOLHIDOS

* Acolhimento no serviço mediante encaminhamento do Centro Pop Bela Vista.
* Atendimento Social e acompanhamento social referenciado pela a equipe técnica.
*Encaminhamento para a rede sócio assistencial ¨Saúde, Trabalho, Educação, esporte/lazer e questões judiciais¨.
* Participação das atividades socioeducativas e oficinas oferecidas pelo serviço.
* Poderá se ausentar da casa (três faltas consecutivas ou não durante o mês).
* Oferecido quartos para repouso.
* Receber o material necessário para seu convívio no ambiente (leito, roupa de cama, cobertor, toalha e kit de higiene pessoal).
* Receber Sabão para lavagem de roupas.
* Café da Manhã, Almoço e Jantar dentro dos horários determinados.
* Ser atendido para jantar e café da manhã conforme autorização dos técnicos do serviço (Assistente Social).
* Acesso à sala de TV, Bagageiro e Lavanderia nos horários determinados.
* Troca de roupas de cama toda Sexta Feira.
* Kit de higiene uma vez por mês.
* Receber visitas dentro do horário estabelecido.
* No bagageiro os seus pertences terão que ser identificados.
* Receber um cadeado para o seu armário e ao se desligar da casa devolver lo.
* A elaboração de currículos, Suporte de desbloqueio do cartão Bolsa Família e xerox de documentos solicitados serão realizadas junto aos educadores diurno.


DEVERES DOS ACOLHIDOS

* Apresentar a carteirinha de identificação para acesso aos serviços na casa.
* Apresentar a carteirinha de autorizações
* Utilizar apenas o leito que lhe foi oferecido salvo, mediante autorização da equipe técnica.
* Os pertences do acolhido devem ser guardados exclusivamente dentro do armário cedido, não sendo permitidos volumes excedentes, manter apenas um volume como bagagem e não será permitido acúmulo nos quartos.
*Deixar sempre a chave do armário na recepção, em caso de perda, deverá pagar por uma nova copia;
* Zelar e se Responsabilizar por seus pertences pessoais (O Centro de Acolhida para Imigrantes Sefras não se responsabilizar pelos seus pertences), deixe os guardados, trancados ou em sua posse.
* Não é permitido trocar de roupas dentro do bagageiro, nos armários ou em qualquer dependência da casa salvo nos banheiros.
* A cama deve ser arrumada diariamente, e os pertences da mesma devem estar de acordo com o padrão pré-estabelecido, toalhas ficarão dispostas aos pés da cama, cobertores dobrados, sendo cada acolhido responsável pela conservação, higiene e guarda destes pertences.

-Não é permitido trazer alimentos e se alimentar nos quartos;
-Não é permitido ocupar o leito de outro acolhido;
-Não é permitido transitar nos dormitórios ou manusear armários durante o dia;
-Não é permitido andar nu pelo dormitório ou trajes não adequados;
-Não é permitido fumar, ingerir álcool ou qualquer substância licita ou ilícita no serviço;
-Não é permitido entrar no serviço sob o efeito de uso de álcool e outras drogas no Centro de acolhida;
-Não é permitido deixar objetos embaixo do colchão, embaixo da cama, dentro da fronha ou dobrado entre os cobertores;
*Retirar a bagagem quando houver o desligamento.

(Sujeito a Desligamento do serviço).
*Quatro faltas e sem justificativas, acarretam desligamento automático;
*A entrada na Casa será permitido até as 22h00, a não ser em casos de trabalho, estudo comprovado e acordado com antecedência a Equipe Técnica.

- Será permitida a permanência no centro de acolhida no período das 08h30 as 17h00 para acolhidos que participarem das atividades socioeducativas ou que possuírem autorização da equipe técnica.
*Após as 22h00 comprometo-me a não utilizar aparelhos eletrônicos, tais como celulares. Caso seja necessário informe ao educador na recepção;

- Será permitida a entrada no seu respectivo quarto (a entrada em outro quarto acarretara na quebra do regulamento interno).

*Obrigatório à participação dos acolhidos na Assembleia Bimestral.

É importante a participação dos acolhidos em reuniões, atividades e oficinas sócio educativas oferecidas pelo serviço para a promoção de sua autonomia.

* Comprometo-me a colaborar com o Centro de Acolhida para a limpeza da Casa e quando solicitado para ajudar em alguns afazeres, bem como zelar pelas instalações;
* Comprometo-me a participar ativamente nas atividades que são propostas e oferecidas no Centro de Acolhida;
* Os pais são responsáveis pelos filhos, de acordo com a Lei nº 8.069, art.22 do Estatuto da Criança e do Adolescente;
* Os pais devem garantir a ordem e a limpeza do espaço após a utilização dos mesmos.


CAUSAS DE DESLIGAMENTO

*04 faltas no mês.
*Desrespeito e Agressão verbal ou física ao acolhido ou funcionário.
*Porte de arma (Brancas e de Fogo) ou objeto pontiagudo.
*Uso de cigarro, ingerir álcool ou qualquer substância licita ou ilícita no interior do Centro de Acolhida.
*Utilizar leito que não lhe foi oferecido.
*Entrar com animais dentro do Centro de Acolhida.
*Solicitação do Acolhido.

DEAR RESIDENT

Consider that this service at this Immigration Reception Center
constitutes a right guaranteed by Law of Migration nº 13.445 / 2017 and ordinance 46/2010 SMADS (Municipal Department of Social Development).
Consider the need to organize our service in order to provide you with the
best possible service.
Consider the need for all social groups to establish equal rights and duties among its members, in view of the harmony of the community and continual mutual respect.

THIS INTERNAL REGULATION IS ESTABLISHED FOR SEFRAS IMMIGRANT WELCOME CENTER
- Breakfast Monday to Saturday: 7:00am to 8:00am. Sunday: 7:30am to 8:30am
- Leaving the rooms in the morning: 8:30am Monday to Saturday. Sunday no time constraints.
- Cleaning of rooms, toilets and diner: 8:30am to 11:30am and from 14:00pm to 17:00pm.
- Lunch Monday to Saturday: 12:00pm to 12:45pm. Sunday: 12:00pm to 13:00
- Female Entry to the sleeping quarters: Monday to Friday From 16:00pm. to 22:00pm. Female entry Saturday and Sunday Free.
- Women with children: Free Access.
- Male Entry to the sleeping quarters: 17:00pm to 22:00pm
- Male entry to sleeping quarters Saturday: 14:00pm to 20:30pm and Sunday Free.
- Dinner Monday to Sunday: 18:00pm to 19:00pm
- Luggage Storeroom: Open every day from 08h30am to 08h45am and reopened from 19h00pm to 19h30pm.
- Laundry: Women - Monday / Thursday from 08h00am to 12h00pm. Reopened to collect clothes from 14:00pm to 17:00pm.
- Laundry Men: Wednesday / Friday / Saturday (Sunday workers) from 08h00am to 12h00pm. Reopened to collect clothes from 14:00pm to 17:00pm.
- TV hours: Monday to Friday from 17:00pm to 21:00pm. Saturday from 1:00pm to 18:00pm and 19:00pm to 23:00pm. Sunday from 08h00am to 21h00pm.
- NOTE: When there are activities in the House the TV room will not be working.

Standards for a good co-existence.
- The technical staff, management and educators have free access and inspection of the Luggage Storeroom and rooms.
- Meals will be served within the pre-set time and we ask for collaboration and not to waste food.
- Reception will only help within the pre-established timetable.
- Possibility of being helped outside the established timework for school or health, the attendance will be according to technical evaluation.
- NB: After eviction of the house, the removal of belongings will be immediate.

Rights of residents.
 Reception at the service through the referral of the Bela Vista Population Center.
 Social care and social monitoring is referenced by the technical team
 Referral to the social assistance network (health, work, education, sports, leisure and judicial matters).
 Participation of socio-educational activities and workshops offered by the service.
 You may be absent from the house (three consecutive absences during the month).
 Rooms to rest offered.
 Receive the necessary material for your living in the environment (bed, bedding, blanket, towel and toiletries kit).
 Receive Soap for washing clothes.
 Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner within the specified hours.
 Be served for dinner and breakfast as authorized by the service technicians
(Social Worker)
 Access to the TV room, Luggage Storeroom and Laundry at certain times.
 Change of bed linen every Friday.
 Hygiene kit once a month.
 Receive visitors within the established time.
 Belongings in the luggage compartment shall be identified.
 Receive a padlock to your locker and when you leave the house, return it.
 The preparation of Cv’s, support or unlocking the Bolsa Família and the copying of requested documents will be carried out with the daytime educators.

Duties of residents.
 Present the identification card to access the services in the house.
 Present the authorization card.
 Use only the bed that was offered to you unless authorized by the technical team.
 All belongings of the resident must be stored within the assigned cabinet and luggage storeroom, no accumulated luggage or food will be stored in the room or cabinet.
 Always leave the locker key with the educator, in case of loss, you must pay for a new copy.
 Take care and take responsibility for your personal belongings (The Sefras Immigrant Reception Center is not responsible for your belongings), leave them locked up, or in your possession.
 It is not allowed to change clothes inside the luggage storeroom, in the area of the lockers or in any dependency of the house except in the bathrooms.
 The bed should be tidied daily, and the belongings of the same should conform to the pre-established standard, towels will be arranged at the foot of the bed, folded blankets, each host responsible for the conservation, hygiene and storage of these belongings.
 It is not allowed to bring food and beverages into the rooms; water accepted.
 It is not allowed to occupy the bed of another host.
 It is not allowed to walk in the sleeping rooms or open cabinets during the day.
 It is not allowed to walk naked through the sleeping rooms or in inappropriate suits.
 It is not allowed to smoke, ingest alcohol or any licit or illicit substance in the sleeping rooms, in this case there will be an immediate eviction.
 It is not allowed to enter the service under the effect of alcohol or other substances.
 It is not allowed to leave objects under the mattress, under the bed, inside the pillowcase or folded between the blankets.
 Withdraw luggage when evicted or leaving the house.
 Four faults with or without justification lead to automatic eviction.
 Entry into the House will be allowed until 10:00 pm, except in case of work, a study proven and agreed in advance by the Technical Team.
 You will be allowed to stay in the reception center from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm for those who participate in socio-educational activities or who are authorized by the technical staff.
 After 10:00 p.m. I undertake not to use electronic devices, such as cell phones. If necessary inform the educator at the reception.
 You will be allowed to enter your room only (entry into another room will result in breach of the internal regulations).
 Mandatory to the participation of those welcomed in the bi-monthly assembly.
 Participation of the meetings, activities and social educational workshops offered by the service is important to promote your autonomy.
 I undertake to collaborate with the Reception Center for the cleaning of the House and when requested to assist in some tasks, as well as to look after the premises.
 I undertake to participate actively in the activities that are proposed/offered at the Reception Center
 Parents are responsible for their children, in accordance with Law No. 0869, art.22 of the Statute of Children and Adolescents
 Parents should ensure the order and cleanliness of the space after use.

Eviction Causes
• 04 absences in the month.
• Disrespect and verbal or physical aggression to the host or employee.
• Weapon (All) possession.
• Use of cigarettes, alcohol or any other illegal or illicit substance inside the house.
• The use of someone else’s bed.
• No animals allowed.
• Leaving by own will.
