Obligations of the parties
In addition to the other clauses in this contract, the two parties undertake to carry out the following:
The first party undertakes to carry out the following:
Inform the second party of the company’s policies, procedures and penalties, if any.
Inform the second party before commencement of work of the company’s health and safety procedures, if any, and take measures to protect the employees from any health, occupational and machinery hazards.
Not deviate from the terms of this contract and shall not assign to the second party any work that is not agreed upon in this contract except if absolutely necessary and then only on a temporary basis. However, the first party shall assign to the second party any work that is not agreed upon in the contract if the work is not fundamentally different from the original work.
The second party undertakes to carry out the following:
Work during the agreed working hours or delivery on time, carry out his duties faithfully and diligently and with the required care in accordance with the contract, the provisions of the Omani Labor Law and the applicable working regulations.
Continuously develop his professional skills and experience in accordance with the systems and procedures established by the first party.
Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures and the health and safety rules put in place.
Respect the law of the country, its traditions, social customs, and not engage in any activity that may threaten the security of the country.
Notify the first party of any change in the submitted supporting documents within three (3) business days from the date of this change.
Refrain from any action intended to prevent the execution of this contract, or misuse, harm or cause damage to the means designed to protect the health and safety of workers engaged with him.
Refrain from working for any of the first party’s competitors for 3 months from the termination of his contract with the first party.

양측의 의무
본 계약서의 다른 조항들 이외에도 양측은 다음을 이행한다.
A 측은 다음을 이행한다.
회사의 정책, 소송, 처벌 등이 있는 경우 B 측에게 통보한다.
회사의 건강검진이나 안전 조치를 하기 전에 B 측에 통보하고 직원의 위생상의, 작업상의, 기계 장치의 위험으로부터 보호하려는 조처를 해야 한다.
본 계약에서 약정한 것을 지켜야 하고 쌍방이 협정하지 않은 어떤 일을 정말 불가피하거나 오직 일시적인 경우가 아니고는 B 측에 배정할 수 없다. 하지만 A 측은 그 일이 협정한 일과 거의 유사한 경우에는 본 계약서에서 협정하지 않았을지라도 B 측에 배정해야 한다.
B 측은 다음을 이행한다.
계약과 오만 노동법규와 해당하는 근무 규정에 따라 신실하고 근면하고 세심한 주의를 기울여 근무 시간에 일을 하고 배달을 정시에 하며 각자의 책임을 이행한다.
A 측이 제정한 제도나 절차에 따라 각자가 능숙한 기술과 경험을 지속해서 계발하고 쌓아야 한다
회사가 정해 둔 정책, 업무절차, 위생과 안전 규칙들에 주의하여야 한다.
국가의 법, 전통, 사회관습을 존중하고 국가의 안전을 위협하는 어떤 행동에 가담하여서는 안 된다.
제출된 증빙서류에 변화가 있을 때는 변경된 날로부터 근무일 3일 이내에 A 측에 통보한다.
본 계약서의 시행을 방해하려거나 악용하려거나 손해를 끼치려는 어떠한 행동도 삼가야하고 자신과 함께 일하는 동료 근로자의 위생과 안전을 기하려고 하는 방법에 손상을 주는 어떤 행위도 삼가야한다.
A 측과의 계약이 종료된 이후 3개월 이내에는 A 측의 경쟁사에 근무하는 것을 삼가야한다.

As my resume says, I have strengths in working on translating of academic paper, medical & pharmaceutical projects, machinery, and business (contract included) as well as some administrative documents relating to secondary school & college.
I have been doing some big projects, post-editing work based on machine translation, and dissertations for Ed.D and others. I am confident in both ways from English to Korean and Korean to English.
For broadening my career and academic background to real business world, I have tried to work hard in developing myself by studying some other langauges such as Japanese, Chinese, and German, and French along with scriptual languages: Hebrew and Greek.
I hope one day I may extend my translation works by employing the above languages.
