je vois que ce n'est pas du tout ça, voilà ce qui arrive quand on tente de jouer aux devinettes.

Une autre suggestion, surtout s'il s'agit de l'Amérique du Nord. Un médecin endosse la responsabilité d'accompagner un autre praticien moins expérimenté dans un processus d'apprentissage. Le rôle peut être de courte durée; de plus, dans l'acceptation américaine, cette personne n'a pas forcément un rôle de supérieur hiérarchique, il peut s'agir d'un pair plus expérimenté dans une procédure donnée.
