spreads are márgenes, and rolling fees would be fees that are charged periodically or for usage, so I would suggest comisiones por utilización. Eg.: 'ofrecemos márgenes fijos ..... nuestros márgenes no varían ..... Márgenes y Comisiones por Utilización ....
