Portuguese term
direitos e obrigações inerentes a este contrato

Other
Law: Contract(s)
contrato de prestação de serviços e manutenção
My concern is about the word "inerentes". Is it referring to rights and obligations that are explicitly defined or specified in the contract or does it perhaps include a wider range of (inferred, implicit, related, indirect, derived, consequential) rights and obligations in some sense?

Simply. I think it sounds better.

I think the word "inherent" is not used in English in this context.

Rights and obligations under this contract.
Note from asker:
Would this be equivalent to "rights and obligations according to this contract"? And would this include all the rights/obligations explicitly specified in the contract as well as other rights/obligations that are deemed to follow from those? |

Note from asker:
Thanks David, but in what sense are they "inherent in" or "pertaining to" the contract? By being explicitly specified in it or in some other sense? |

The term "inerentes" is related to rights and obligations as you said. Once they are mentioned in the agreement. HIH
