Перевожу протокол некого совещания по техническим вопросам (устранение отказов оборудования), в нем имеется раздел Invoicing с сабжем вот в таком контексте:
Employer proposed to have Contractor's and Employer's teams either prior to or right after the submission of next MPC. This is required in order to have reconciliation of MPCs' and to reduce the upcoming MPC review cycle.
Contractor stated that the following two main issues need to be resolved immediately.
1) The weightages assigned to the Commissioning activities.
There is a gap in the assigned weightages.
2) There are some line items which are not required to be supplied and the weightages to be redistributed to the other line items. Employer will review once Contractor provides more details and substantiates his understanding.
Employer provided the list of mismatches in MPC-29 for Contractor to provide explanation, comments. Contractor will conduct analysis of the provided information (MPC-29 omissions) and will be ready to provide all necessary information, support and documents by the time of next MPC submission.
