Aunque la palabra valorativa existe, me haría más sentido en esta posición la palabra valórica, toda vez que de índole valorativa parece ser el primer elemento de una lista y no la categoría de los elementos a continuación.
Por lo tanto me atrevería a pensar que el término está mal utilizado y en realidad están hablando de elementos (valores, condiciones de vida, especificación de roles por género) que no han sido estudiados en casos de adopción.
