"Remedies. Recipient acknowledges that remedies at law may be inadequate to protect Discloser against any actual or threatened breach of this Agreement by Recipient, and, without prejudice to any other rights and remedies otherwise available to Discloser, Recipient agrees that Discloser shall be entitled to the granting of injunctive relief in its favor without proof of actual damages.
