I'll leave this question open for now, in case anyone has anything to add. I've only seen one example where 'TK' in brackets follows the words 'tenké střevo', and that's in a text that seems to be based on a Russian original, and the acronym 'TK' (which does actually stand for the Russian words for 'small intestine') has simply been copied from Russian.

A few specialists seem to have settled on 'TK' as an abbreviation for 'tenké střevo' to distinguish it from 'TS' meaning 'tlusté střevo'.

Celkem u 358 pacientů (95,7%) bylo provedeno RTG břicha – 279 se známkami obstrukce TK či tračníku a 79 s negativním nálezem. Celková senzitivita RTG dosáhla 80,6%, specificita 49,5%, NPV 66,7% a PPV 78,6%. U obstrukce tenkého střeva byla senzitivita 76,4% a specificita 53,5%. V 163 případech byl nález „high-grade“ obstrukce tenkého střeva, v 56 případech „low-grade“ obstrukce, v 60 případech se jednalo o obstrukci tračníku. 11,7% pacientů s nálezem obstrukce na RTG mělo negativní nález při pasáži GIT nebo CT, naopak u 21,5% pacientů s negativním nálezem na RTG byla potvrzena obstrukce tenkého střeva při laparotomii
