I would like to know whether there is an error in the following sentence ( twice "je"):

"Emaily s logem jsou doporučené šablony; je třeba je lokalizovat a distribuovat před spuštěním programu."

Explanation:
Twice "je" is fine, not an error. However, there should be written "E-maily".
