I would be tempted to say equal monthly payments (which is what they probably mean in practice...) But I suspect that is far too free unless you check with the client.

The payout plan is based on the distribution specified in the listed offering with a scheduled linear distribution of the entire fee covered in each sub-account (ledger) of the listed offering.
