I am wondering if this term refers to potential compensation for investors or if the contract simply does not cover aspects of the investment with individual investors. It appears in the following sentence:

For så vidt angår diverse breve fra [name], hvori han gør gældende at visse [properties] er tilbagetaget i henhold til aftale med [company], skal det meddeles at bestyrelsen er af den opfattelse, at der ikke er dækning for denne aftale i relation til de enkelte investorer.
