Is this a transcript of a spoken dialogue?
If so, I guess that it means 'the cases will collapse in ... [pause for thought] ... not just in Germany, but they will collapse all over Europe.
The speaker was perhaps about to say 'in Germany', but then extended it.
I think I would probably say 'collapse' anyway, as it seems to be a fairly informal account of the situation, but if the explanation above is not correct, I would expect "falde sammen" rather than "falde i" in Danish.
