I would translate the entire clause as:

If you will receive, under the dividend calculation contained in the statement of affairs, full or partial payment from the estate, . . .

or

If you will receive full or partial payment from the estate, under the dividend calculation contained in the statement of affairs, . . .

(I added a comma in the first instance for the sake of clarity. It's such a rare thing in bankruptcy law to begin with . . . :-) )
