veterinary inspection
I know of no organization called "veterinærkontrollen." As far as I know, this service ("food control and veterinary inspection" as the Fødevarestyrelsen refers to it) is carried out by the different "fødevareregioner" (regional food control centers) under the Danish Veterinary and Food Administration (Fødevarestyrelsen).
