I imagine this to be some sort of regular meeting round a table, perhaps on a weekly basis or something, but I'm not sure.
Opfølgningen sker i praksis via tavlemøder, ledet af indkøbschefen, hvor udviklingen på de enkelte KPI'er gennemgås og forbedringer identificeres.
Perhaps there is a more straightforward way of putting it in English, or is it simply a 'board meeting'?

L&H DA>EN Business Fagordbog translates tavle to "board", therefore I would suggest this is "board meeting"

: I would say that the term 'board meeting' is used to describe a board of directors meeting and thus could cause confusion in the text:-)
