Danish term

200 mg engang to

Danish to English Medical Medical: Pharmaceuticals daily dosage of drug
This is a medical abbreviation and comes in the list of medication taken daily in a patient's medical records.

It comes up several times.

Tablet Drug AAA 100 mg 1 x 2 dagligt
Tablet Drug BBB 200 mg en gang to
Tablet Drug CCC ... 2 tabletter efter behov
...
Tablet Drug PPP 10 mg engang to
Tablet Drug QQQ 5 mg en om aftenen

Etc.

The patent takes quite a lot of medications, some analgesics, and I can understand most of the directions but not this one!

Thanks for any suggestions!

one twice daily

It's a typo -- should be "en gang to" as elsewhere. In other words, the patient takes one of the specified tablets twice daily. See the link for examples. (It's the same as the "1 x 2 dagligt".)
Note from asker:
Thanks, that sounds quite possible. It is certainly not the only typo in this text.
