English term

lift

English to Italian Science Wine / Oenology / Viticulture organoleptic features
Intense, highly complex aromas of citrus fruit, ripe peach, honey, ripe green fig and papaya are nicely lifted by noble rot.
Seductively silky and rich on the palate, this very sweet wine showcases malvasia puntinata's ripe tropical fruit flavors and resiny, creamy mouth feel.
Bright acids give the wine wonderful clarity and ***lift,*** and extend the flavors on the palate-staining finish, but this wine will not make old bones.

Grazie!!!

Note from asker:
'esalta' va bene nella frase dove il termine è usato come verbo, ma qui devo usare un sostantivo :(
La tua soluzione andava bene uguale, ma alla fine ho scelto l'altra soluzione... Grazie lo stesso!
