English to Russian Tech/Engineering Computers: Software license agreement

XXX grants a limited license:

i) to use the Software in ***binary executable form*** only on a single dedicated computer where originally installed (the “Site”) or on a backup system if the equipment on which the Software was originally installed is inoperative and (ii) to use the Software and the documentation for the Software (the “Documentation”) only in connection with Licensee’s operation of the Software.
