Completa sería:
Después de acostarte o de apagar las luces, ¿cuánto tiempo tardaste en quedarte dormido el tiempo que regularmente duermes?
Since it says ALL ages, I used "acostarte and tardaste en quedarte and duermes" en vez de "acostarse, tardó en quedarse and duerme" que me parece más como para adultos, más formal.

This is for a patient who works nights and sleeps days, so the regular sleep time is during the day. sorry for the confusion. thank you
