Yes, as Patricia says "controlled temperature" might be more appropriate - it depends on the context. As you probably know, cold chain is common in logistics. The question here seems to be, does XXX have the facilities to store/manage goods at controlled temperatures (or ensure a cold chain if they are transporting them).
