: not really great English when talking about buying food etc in a supermarket. category was misleading admittedly. it's a very well-known chain of supermarkets. Great place to shop (imo).

consume for less
well, I suppose that it's about consuming energy at a lower cost, so i'm happy with the "for less" part of my phrase, but i'm not sure that the verb "to consume" is most appropriate in the energy context in english

In English we don't normally say that consumers "consume"; instead, we say they "shop", "spend", "buy", etc.
You could say "shop for less", but that has an undesirable alternative meaning "don't buy as many products".
"Shopping that's affordable and responsible" has a nice parallelism to it, doesn't sound too stilted, and conveys the main idea of the source phrase: that Leclerc helps consumers buy environmentally friendly stuff at lower prices.
