Seems to be a ranking:

Here, "abgeschlagen sein" means to be left clearly behind (the other products mentioned) or, IOW, to come in last by a huge/considerable margin.
However, I've no idea why Pflegemittel 1 is mentioned again after Pflegemittel 3.
