German term

(Anlagen-) Laufzeit

German to English Tech/Engineering Energy / Power Generation

As Claire has pointed out, though, you are really looking for different terms with different contexts. Please ask one question at a time with one term at a time.

service life

Would be another option, although Alan's "operating lifetime" is fine. I'd be tempted to use different terms in your different contexts though, using just "operation" for its first appearance "after almost ten years of operation", then "along with a long service life" for the second and third occurrences.
Peer comment(s):

agree Trudy Peters : I like this approach. You could even say, "after operating for 10 years..." for the first part

Thanks Ian
agree Ruth Wiedekind : That's what I use for "Laufzeit" (and "lifetime" for "Lebensdauer")
