Hi everyone,
I'm struggling with a couple of abbreviations in an Austrian legal document.
Source: "Gemäß § x ZPO wird eine GS dieses SS dem KV direkt übermittelt." (SS = Schriftsatz).
There is not much context prior to this to suggest that these abbreviations are particular to this text, suggesting they are rather "standard" in this kind of of document.
If anyone could help with either/both of these abbreviations I would be extremely grateful.

GS - Gleichschrift - duplicate
According to § X of Code of Civil Procedure, a duplicate of this legal document will be sent directly to the claimant's representative.
The article states: Sind beide Parteien durch Rechtsanwälte vertreten, so hat jeder dieser Rechtsanwälte, der einen Schriftsatz einbringt, die für den Gegner bestimmte Gleichschrift dessen Rechtsanwalt durch einen Boten, die Post oder mittels Telefax oder elektronischer Post direkt zu übersenden; diese Übersendung ist auf dem dem Gericht überreichten Stück des Schriftsatzes zu vermerken. Dies gilt nicht für Schriftsätze, die dem Empfänger zu eigenen Handen zuzustellen sind oder durch deren Zustellung eine Notfrist in Lauf gesetzt wird.
GS could thus be Gleichschrift, something I had overlooked before.
