: Yes, but don't repeat "the employee" - say "they" or "he/she".//I disagree - you have "employ" three times in one sentence, and bad English is not acceptable even in contracts :-)

I tend to agree, although as this is a legal contract the language would tend to be more stilted than usual and repetition would be acceptable.

Nicht mein Gebiet, aber ich glaube nicht, dass nur gemeint, ist, dass die Personaldaten von der Muttergesellschaft verwaltet werden - vermutlich hat Sarah Lewis-Morgan recht.
