gaps in the offering

i.e. areas that are not covered by the current offering.

Depending on how colloquial you want to make it, you could say:

Does the current offering on the market meet your requirements or can you see some areas which are not covered?

disagree Tom Funke : offering, like Auftritt, often doesn't translate well directly in a marketing context.

Can you find what you need in the market or are you still looking around?

>>Can you find what you need in the market or are you still looking around?<<

(You might edit this a bit to suit your larger context and your client's particular purpose)

Angebot in the broader marketing context, as has been pointed out, refers to the available range of products and/or services. It's probably better here, epecially if you're looking for snappy copy, to paraphrase.

All the best, Tom
