I found "targeted solutions" as a translation, but didn't find any references to back it up. I was wondering if anyone could confirm this or suggest anything else.

I'm not sure why you may have ruled this translation out, but surely solutions involving complex details is more specific than targeted solutions, which in my view is pointed towards one specific goal. I'm assuming the purpose of detailed software solutions is to achieve several goals at once...

You might toy with "customer specific solutions", too. But that would actually be "kundenspezifisch". Not quite sure you would want to put any interpretation in the term in this case.

The company seems to place a lot of emphasis on custom software and on combining business and IT expertise.
