German term

Beratungsinsel

German to English Bus/Financial Marketing
Anyone know how this is referred to in English - in the following (from a sales brochure for paints)?

Thanks for any help!

service and information point/area

agree Judith Imbo : 'point' or possibly even 'terminal' rather than 'area'

customer service centre

This surely refers to the points in large shops (or even websites) where customers can go for information and advice.

Customer Advisory Island
