7. Besandung
Angaben über Flächen mit Besandung sind den Vorgaben (Zeichnung, o.ä.) zu entnehmen.
Vorgehensweise: Teile grundieren, Quarzsand in die nasse Grundierung streuen/spritzen - es soll eine homogene Besandung über die Flächen ergeben - und ablüften lassen. Nach einer Ablüftzeit von ca. 30 min, den überschüssigen Quarzsand abblasen und über-grundieren. Nach der Ablüftzeit der Grundierung die Teile mit Decklack beschichten.
Die Besandung erfolgt mit Quarzsand, Körnung 1,2 mm bis 2,0 mm.
