More info:
The patient received the pacemaker in 2007. Coronary risk factors: High blood pressure, hyperlipidemia.
The report also states in the end that the clinical course is satisfactory and that they didn't change the pacemaker settings.
Ablation referrs to the removal of tissue, which IMO does not fit the context as much.
