Hello

Does anybody know the German medical abbreviation "DI", as in these contexts:
1. "pAVK Stad IV mit Nekrose DI rechts und Stenose AFC rechts"
2. "Der Patient stellte sich initial vor mit pAVK Stadium IV und Nekrosen an DI rechts, sowie einer Stenose der AFC rechts bei Z.n PTA AIE rechts zur geplanten TEA der AFC und Patchplastik, sowie Amputation DI Fuß rechts."

The source text is a doctor's report about a patient who has had various cardiovascular system problems. Please note that "diabetes insipidus" would not fit here.
