Karlo is probably right ...
I don´t know either "doppel-geschungene" or "doppel-geschwungene", but "double-curved bentside" is a term that could well apply to a Hammerflügel. I know it from hardpsichords, where it means that the curved side has two curves, the large one occupying most of the right-hand side (from the player´s point of view), and a smaller one at the tail.
The alternative to this smaller curve is to have an angle there, often called a fishtail. Thus double-curved bentside means that it has the second curve rather than a fishtail. It´s harder to make.
