"Ice-cream sticks"
Tanto para chupetines, manzanas acarameladas o helados, al palito se le dice "stick". Por otra parte, lo que es fundamental trasmitir es que el elemento al que te estás refiriendo es de madera, tiene forma de vara, - es decir, es angosto y alargado -, y sirve para sostener, como indica la palabra "stick". "Candy sticks" podría ser otra alternativa.
