Does this mean "Reinstatement of Community Property" or "Reinstatement of Joint Ownership"?
Would it be necessary to add the word "Regime" or "System" afterwards?
(Another of the documents uses the term "Restauración Regimen Gananciales" but I think it's referring to the same thing).

Mediante escritura de fecha XXX otorgada ante el Notario de YYY............el matrimonio formado por xxx y zzz ............han acordado casar en el Régimen de Absoluta Separación de Bienes, pasando al Régimen Económico de la Sociedad de Gananciales."
