Eu acho que cabe uma tradução lietral. Ou você pode colocar a tradução literal entre parênteses.

Pelo contexto, algumas empresas adotam o termo "country club" para se referir a um grupo de executivos que discutem determinados temas de business. Me parece ser algo parecido. Por isso acho que cabe uma tradução literal, se o público não for especializado no assunto, ou manter original, caso seja um termo recorrente no meio.
