French translation:avis de prélèvement

English to French translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Finance (general) / agreement between companies
English term or phrase: Draw notice
Here is the paragraph where it is used: "(Y) the Investment Manager, on behalf of the Company, may from time to time after it has identified Eligible Assets for acquisition by the Company deliver a Draw Notice in such form as the Investment Manager (including, as applicable, its Affiliates) shall deem appropriate from time to time"

I am not sure if "avis de tirage" will be the best option and this is why I am seeking other opinions.

Thank you in advance

Il faudrait avoir plus de détails pour comprendre vraiment de quoi il s'agit.

Je pense que si l'on prend en compte la référence d'Emmanuella, où l'on parle lettre de crédit, "prélèvement" doit convenir ici.
