English term

Plug-and-play

English to Hebrew Tech/Engineering Medical: Instruments Measurement Modules For Medical Monitor
The term refers to some sort of industry standard when it comes to plug-in devices.
It seems to mean that a certain device could be used immediately upon plugging in (in contrast i believe to devices that would take some setup for example).
I couldn't find any parallel term in Hebrew.

This is the term in context:
"measurement modules can be connected to its four integrated plug-in module slots with plug-and-play convenience "

plug-and-play

למרות ש"הכנס-הפעל" הוא המונח שקבעה האקדמיה, יותר מקובל להשאיר באנגלית או לתעתק "פלאג אנד פליי"

"חבר והפעל"

Here's a link with an example, but I saw a few others with the same expression. (״הכנס והפעל״ is also out there, but in my opinion, "חבר והפעל" is more accurate in a context of an electronic device.)
Example sentence:

חיבור מסוג ״חבר והפעל״ / תמיכה בפונקציה ״חבר והפעל״
