: Agree, but a better way to say "yet to be developed" would be "under-developed." For example, "Russia has a substantial amount of under-developed hydro power sources."

wow, thanks for pointing this out. I actually DID want to say under-developed, but then "under-developed" connotes to me as "developed, but not quite final", so I passed on it in favor of the above, to better convey "неосвоенный" = not yet developed. Thxx
